Ms. Beth's Newsletter March 3rd, 2017

Classroom News

This week we focused on Dr. Seuss.  We had lots of fun dressing up for our different crazy days.  We read The Cat in the Hat and designed red and white patterned towers, read Wacky Wednesday and looked for wacky things, read The Foot Boot then traced and decorated our own feet, read and watched Green Eggs and Ham then made an art project by marble painting and answering if we would or would not eat green eggs and ham, and we read My Many Colored Days and made our own book.  In our small groups, we practiced writing U, T, and O, played a rhyme matching game, and read our weekly reader inspired by Dr. Seuss.  We also had our last Stars of Week and started Super Friend.  Check out the pictures of our completed Star of the Week and Proud Parent walls!
